Our Journey
Celebes Capital was founded by Hendrick Kolonas in 1996 as an equities investment company. Since then, it has evolved into private investments, executing its first investment in 2000.
Successful exit of WOM Finance to BII (now Maybank Indonesia) under Maybank – one of the largest financial group in South-East Asia
Successful exit of CS Finance to BCA – the largest private commercial bank in Indonesia
Successful exit of SMS Finance to Orix – a Japanese diversified financial services group
- Successful partial divestment of PG Asset Management to UOB Asset Management under UOB – a leading financial service group in South-East Asia. Rebranded as UOB AM Indonesia.
